Two times to fix a problem I brought my car in because the check engine light was on, after it was checked I was told what work needed to be done. After sitting for 5 hours and I brought my car in because the check engine light was on, after it was checked I was told what work needed to be done. After sitting for 5 hours and spending $1250.00 dollars I left, two weeks later the check engine light was back on and I had to bring the car back again. This time they checked the car and said it was another part of the same problem they fixed and this time it will cost $480.00. And after checking the car this time the brakes rotors need servicing. I just think that this was a way to keep coming back because if I let you fix the brakes then you would find something else that I will need. I spent another 5 hours waiting for my car More

Fantastic service I dropped my wife off at the hospital for her every-other day treatments and she put the window down trying to get a spider out of the car. Since it was a Friday I was in a panic that it would be stuck down all weekend long. After all, we do live in Florida and it rains a lot in the summer. I immediately drove straight to Brandon Hyundai and explained what was going on and that I only had 2 hours until I had to go back and pick my wife up from her treatment at the hospital. I told them I was fine if someone would pop the door panel off and we could pull the window back up until I could get an appointment the following week. The manager came out, looked at the window and sent it straight back to a service bay. He told me they would do what they could to get it fixed on time for me. They had me out with enough time to pick up my wife at the hospital to get her back home. I am VERY grateful for this outstanding service. I hope I don't need any more service in the future but if I do, I hope I'm treated like this all of the time! On a side note, everyone in the service department was wearing a mask and there was plenty of hand sanitizer around. So if that is something you are concerted with, rest assured they are taking the proper precautions. More
