If I could give zero stars I would. My car was left filthy inside and out & not serviced as requested. Would it have killed them to wash and sanitize it after working on it?! I guess so. Second time coming here & second time I've received the worst service of any car dealership in 22 years of owning vehicles. I plan on trading my car in just to be rid of Hyundai's "service" which is over priced and disappointing. More

I was very pleased with the service & the professionalisms from everyone. They made sure whatever it was, they made sure I felt as if I was their only customer there. I was not pleased with my service. I had 2 keys programmed that I was quoted would be $80 plus tax at Tampa Hyundai. I ended being charged for 1.5 hrs of labor at Brandon for the programming which programmed that I was quoted would be $80 plus tax at Tampa Hyundai. Jonathan Oliver in the service dept. was great! He was on a call when I arrived and was so patient and professional with the caller I knew I was going to have a great experience with him. If I have any pr on a call when I arrived and was so patient and professional with the caller I knew I was going to have a great experience with him. I've had my 2016 veloster for about 6 months now and it's been into Brandon Hyundai quite a few times for some minor issues. Everytime each issue is handled very professionally. The only problem I had was wh been into Brandon Hyundai quite a few times for some minor issues. Everytime each issue is handled very professionally. The only problem I had was when my engine cover was damaged and Brandon Hyundai got me a brand new one at no cost to me. My thanks go to everyone especially Jarret, Kegan, John, and the mechanics there in the service department. I love my car very much and they are very respectful of that. 10/10 service. More
