I've had my 2016 veloster for about 6 months now and it's been into Brandon Hyundai quite a few times for some minor issues. Everytime each issue is handled very professionally. The only problem I had was when my engine cover was damaged and Brandon Hyundai got me a brand new one at no cost to me. It’s not just them but any person who repairs cars really needs to stop trying to pull one over on females! They tried to tell me I needed a whole new hub when all I needed was the sensor replaced! Saved mys needs to stop trying to pull one over on females! They tried to tell me I needed a whole new hub when all I needed was the sensor replaced! Saved myself over 400 dollars and they did not even offer the sensor as a fix until I told them I was going to take it somewhere else because I knew I didn’t need the whole hub replaced! I will not be bringing my car back there. Harold was nice over the phone and I know he wasn’t the one who said what needed to be fixed he was just the messenger but I just wish they would stop assuming they could over charge someone (usually females) for something we didn’t need! More
