Yet I found all 4 at the same time with Brandon Hyundai. From start to finish they were incredible. And my situation was not easy to deal with. Faten was so understanding and such a great communicator, I was stunned that a dealership could be run so well. Management down to the front line - everyone obviously is a part of a fantastic organization and all other auto mechanics or dealers should take note. More

It’s not just them but any person who repairs cars really needs to stop trying to pull one over on females! They tried to tell me I needed a whole new hub when all I needed was the sensor replaced! Saved mys needs to stop trying to pull one over on females! They tried to tell me I needed a whole new hub when all I needed was the sensor replaced! Saved myself over 400 dollars and they did not even offer the sensor as a fix until I told them I was going to take it somewhere else because I knew I didn’t need the whole hub replaced! I will not be bringing my car back there. Harold was nice over the phone and I know he wasn’t the one who said what needed to be fixed he was just the messenger but I just wish they would stop assuming they could over charge someone (usually females) for something we didn’t need! More

No Covid19 Protection for Customers I was very disappointed when I brought my car in for service and was forced to deal with multiple employees not wearing masks in very close quarters i I was very disappointed when I brought my car in for service and was forced to deal with multiple employees not wearing masks in very close quarters indoors. This comes at the time that new Covid19 cases are surging in Hillsborough County to the point that Tampa is instituting a mandatory mask order. I had hoped that customer service would improve with the new management and at first it did, but protecting customers from the virus is certainly good customer service. Just the day before, I brought my wife's Toyota to the Brandon Toyota dealer and everyone that I dealt with wore masks. Perhaps Toyota cares more about their customers. More
