Brandon Hyundai - Service Center

Except Lauryn Muhammad who is courteous and professional, I'm not satisfied with the recent expreience at Brandon Hyundai services. First and foremost, it took 2 hours for oil change, whereas in other places I'm not satisfied with the recent expreience at Brandon Hyundai services. First and foremost, it took 2 hours for oil change, whereas in other places it takes about 45 minutes. Secondly, The professional took care of oil change and tire rotation parts, which was showing as the recommendation. However, they didn't seem to take care of 14-point inspection as I see that one of the tires has 32 psi whereas the recommended guage is 34 psi. Thirdly, tire valve stem caps is missing for one of the tires, which is not observed during the service. I wanted to give one star rating but am giving 3 stars just because of Lauryn's professionalism and services at the waiting area. I hope that these minute details will be taken care alongwith utmost attention next time I visit the service center. More
