Revised review since the manager made sure to apologise profusely and correct the situation and gave me store credit for the amount I paid. You should advise people when you can’t finish a job the same day. I had an appointment for 8 am, dropped off my car and was told it will take 2-3 hours. I had to call multiple times and they didn’t get to start on my car until 4.30pm. I was told it was done at 5.30 and you were closing at 6 so I had to pick up the next day. Also I had an oil change and my car was not washed. They asked me if I wanted it washed but it was too late. If it stayed overnight you should have washed it earlier. I was pressed for time. Very disappointed. Also guy putting the notes did not write that my rpm is going up as one of the issues so I hope the diagnostic is still right. More
Mario and Manny both did a great job for me I've been working with Mario for years. He is always honest with me and tries to get me taken care of as quick as possible. It took a little longer than expected this time, but I think it is because he had to get his Shop Foreman (Manny) involved in doing a road test with me to diagnose a noise I was hearing in my wheel. I was also impressed with the teamwork shown by (Harold I think) who wrote me up because I arrived early and Mario was not there at first. More

Apparently appointments mean nothing My wife and I had stopped coming to this location awhile back due to problems and have been going to Lakeland Hyundai to buy our cars and have them se My wife and I had stopped coming to this location awhile back due to problems and have been going to Lakeland Hyundai to buy our cars and have them serviced. We saw that this location was under new management now, so I decided to bring my car in for an oil change and try this location again. I made the appointment for an oil change for 10am...….I arrived at the dealer at around 945am for my appointment...….at 11am I started to wonder how much longer my car was going to be, I'm outside walking around and noticed that there was a car that looked like mine sitting over in the front service parking lot. I walked over to the area to check out the car and yep sure enough it was my car...….mind you, my appointment was for 10am......here it was now 11:07 and my car has not even been brought back yet for the oil change.....( over an hour later )……..I went in to see my service advisor to find out what was going on. He told me he was going to find out.....I walked out the service area with him, and then this other guy ( which was dressed different then the service advisors so not sure who he was ) asked me how everything was going, I stated not good, my car has been sitting over there this whole time and my appointment was for 10am. Just at that point the service tech came around the corner with my keys in his had and said he was getting my car in the back now...……again, who ever the person was that asked me how everything was going, looked at the service tech and told him that he knew better. When my car was finally done, I was given 20 dollars off the oil change. Now, when I get in my car and leave......they did not vacuum the inside of the car out...…..now I'm not sure if this is something that this location does or not, I just went off what Lakeland Hyundai does......then I noticed that the same oil change sticker was left on the windshield from Lakeland and a new one was never put on to let you know when your next oil change is due. Needless to say this whole experience was not worth the 20 dollars off and it's apparent that it is still worth the drive to Lakeland. More
UPSET SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE ENGINE CHECK LIGHT, TOOK 4 HOURS. I HAVE AN APPT AT 10:00AM AND THEY GAVE ME MY CAR BACK AT 2PM, NEVER CAME TO ME TO EXPLAIN WHY SOMETHING SIMPLE LIKE ENGINE CHECK LIGHT, TOOK 4 HOURS. I HAVE AN APPT AT 10:00AM AND THEY GAVE ME MY CAR BACK AT 2PM, NEVER CAME TO ME TO EXPLAIN WHY TOOK SO LONG, JUST THEY CAME TO ME TO SIGN THE PAPER WORK. AFTER THAT I WAS SO UPSET AND I ASK FOR MY CAR STATUS 15 MINUTES AFTER MY CAR WAS FIXED. SINCE 10AM I LEFT AT 2:30PM. IF THEY HAVE A DIGNITY TO COME AND EXPLAIN TO ME PROBABLY I WOULD CALL SOMEONE TO GET ME FROM THE DEALER. More

John was great. My car was acting up and it was under warranty. He got a me all set up, and they got the car running great. They needed it for a few days. John was great to get me into a rental car.
