My car still isn’t fixed I came in for a scheduled oil change, air bag recall, and to fix the back window screen on my 2020 Pallisade. An oil change guy assumed to pretend to be an advisor and “help” me. He scheduled me to come back to complete the service two days later. I waited in Hyundai’s service pull up while they ran around my car helping other customers come and go. Turns out the parts were not in and the oil tech had no business pretending he was authorized to handle my car. I left a message with a supervisor to have the services completed. He still has not called back. It’s been a week. More
