Poor Service Lack of professionalism, communication, and customer service. Have called advisor 5 times for two questions. When I scheduled shuttle pick up, I was told the driver was late because they were confused. I ended up taking Uber a half hour after the scheduled shuttle pick up time. Once I arrived, 2 employees stood behind a desk for several minutes without even acknowledging me. The invoice has the wrong tag number and wrong address, making me wonder if my vehicle was ever even serviced. More

I mean, I’m they have to bring a manager over from HONDA to fix their xxxx? That’s sad. New company needs to leave and the old one needs to come back. Alternator and belt replacement My service advisor was kind and tried his best to match my needs. I couldn’t not afford the original quote and gave me a coupon discount. I honestly think I could have gotten the part and labor for half of what I paid. I would not be going back to the dealership as all the work I needed done was not offered until I came to pick up my car. But Mario is a superstar and I would recommend him to anyone. More

Plenty of Room for Improvement The staff at the Brandon Hyundai service center are always courteous and professional but I have only had bad experiences each time I take my vehicle The staff at the Brandon Hyundai service center are always courteous and professional but I have only had bad experiences each time I take my vehicle there for service. This summarizes my experience through the years: (1) I have setup service appointments online only to be told that I have to wait as much as 3 hours to be serviced because there's a first-come-first serve policy. (2) I have been instructed to come back on a different day because the service center was maxed out for the day. I had an appointment on that day. (3) Five minutes after leaving the dealership, I had to bring back my vehicle because the mechanic forgot to attach the engine splash guard properly so it was hitting the road. A few weeks later the splash guard sustained more damage which I attributed to the first mishap but obviously couldn't prove anymore. (4) My last service was for a recall which ended up being an engine replacement. Dan was pleasant and professional for each interaction but failed to extend the Hertz car rental service when it expired while waiting for the replacement engine. I called the service center a few times to get it rectified but received no response so I called Hertz myself and took care of it. A few minutes after that call, I received a call from the Brandon Hyundai service center to notify me that they took care of extending the car rental - the same one that I took care of myself. (5) When I picked up my car, it was filthy and had written markings on the windshield that were not so easy to remove. The person that took my car out said he would have ran it into the car wash but it's broken. (6) A few days after my last service, I received a call, a text message, and 2 emails asking me to provide feedback. I think this is too much. More
