Quality work Once the parts came in the repair went quickly and was reasonably priced. Only concern was that I was given an appointment date. Auto repair I had come into the dealership looking to repair an airbag light, dome light, oil leak and brakes. I have come from Texas where I had an excellent I had come into the dealership looking to repair an airbag light, dome light, oil leak and brakes. I have come from Texas where I had an excellent dealership where I purchased my car and my wife’s car due to the above and beyond service. Overall, when coming in to have my car repaired, Corey did a great job helping me out. However, when I left the dealership with my repaired car, I noticed that the oil leak remained and was much worse than before. I was assured when I left that it was fixed, when you start the car up, you immediately see oil leaking. I was upset and called back the dealership multiple times and left my name and number but still no one calls me back. This is a complete 180 from my overall good experience with my Texas dealership. This type of disregard towards customers is very concerning and rest assured that I will not get my wife’s next car here. Service experience leads to happy customers which leads to tens of thousands of dollars to the dealership for new cars. I ask what your dealership can do to resolve this issue as getting put on hold and getting no response for 10 mins or leaving your name and number get you nowhere. More

They damaged my car and wanted to charge me to fix it. I took my car in for an oil change yesterday. I dropped it off they said they would call when it was ready they did not. I called after 2 hours. I hung up called back and they said it was ready. I picked up my car and then after I drove away I went to roll my driver side window down and it wasn’t working btw my car is a 2017. Called the service manager told me my window wouldn’t go up so they had to force it up. Then they messed my tint up. He told me to come in today. I did and waited 2 hours for him to tell me that it’s going to cost $500 something to fix it but he would give me a discount and it would cost $350. I got screwed when I bought this car and now they are trying to screw me more. More
