Did you ever feel totally forgotten about Got there at 9:30 for a 10am OIL CHANGE . After waiting upstairs until 12:20 and not hearing anything or have anyone come talk to me I went back to Got there at 9:30 for a 10am OIL CHANGE . After waiting upstairs until 12:20 and not hearing anything or have anyone come talk to me I went back to service desk to see what the heck was going on. He didn't know and went to check and came back few minutes later and handed me my keys. Went outside and had to look all over for my car to then have to ask someone where it was and wait for them to get it out of the pile of cars there . Guess it was just sitting out there waiting for me , unfortunately nobody bothered to come look for me or tell me as I sat waiting upstairs. Didn't charge me for the oil change . I always bring my car here and always wait with the car and always give them my cell phone number ,so they can reach me . Nobody looked, nobody called and I felt totally forgotten about. Never had a problem with the service department before but it only takes one bad visit to leave a sour taste in your mouth. Will still bring my car here and hope that the service is good the next time as it usually is. I would still recommend service center as being good , polite and friendly employees . Dishonest or unknowledgeable or both I had my car in for a oil change and during the work I was told by the service advisor my brake pads had about 10% life left on them and also some oth I had my car in for a oil change and during the work I was told by the service advisor my brake pads had about 10% life left on them and also some other less minor repairs needed. The rear brake pads were of the highest priority. I was quoted $430.00 for repair. Today, I had a mechanic look at the brakes to replace the pads. When he took the old ones off, he showed them to me. He was confused because there was hardly any wear in the pads and didn’t understand why Brandon Hyundai would tell me they were so far worn down. So now I’m asking you, why were you going to have me replace the pads and charge me this much money when there was absolutely nothing that needed to be done in the first place? Can someone explain this to me??? I feel I was straight lied to, in an attempt to steal from me. An apology or some attempt to own up to this should take place. Although we had problems with the service call receptionist who, after repeated calls over 1 1/2 days, did not get messages to the service center & we never received a call back as promised. Good Service, Long Wait Everyone is very friendly and I like coming here because they do the full inspection and they don’t overcharge. You expect a dealership to be fairly expensive, but the one time I had my oil changed somewhere else (out of town), it was twice as much. The only issue is that it’s always a very long wait and making an appointment doesn’t seem to matter. I used to make appointments online but would still have to wait 1-1.5 hours. I’m usually prepared for the wait so it doesn’t bother me anymore, but could definitely be an issue if you’re in a hurry. More
