Stringing Me Along For Months My wife and I bought a used vehicle in November. It did not come with a spare key. We were told to come back in 30 days and "they would take care of it." 30 days passed and we attempted to get with our sales person (John Valdez), but each time he was too busy to come after being paged and we were not going to wait for hours on end. The holidays come and go and still no resolution. In March I get connected with a sales mgr (Patrick Dawson) who says he will take care of this because my sales person is no longer working there. Miraculously the sales person returns to the dealership and gets the issue passed back on to him....still with no resolution. In March, I finally am able to get the spare key. However, I find out that it will cost me $449.71, which I will be reimbursed for. The service advisor (Mike Daniels) tells me I have to go thru my insurance to get reimbursed. That made no sense. My insurance company had no clue about it. Come to find out I was to turn in the paper to the dealers insurance (FIU) they my extended warranty. Thinking we're getting closer, I submit the paperwork only to have FIU deny my claim because authorization for the work was never submitted by the dealership. Almost a month later, I'm waiting on the dealership to figure out how I'm going to get reimbursed. I have texted and left messages for John Valdez, Patrick Dawson, and Mike Rago (service mgr) with no response whatsoever. I am a school teacher and an extra $449.71 doesn't come easy. This process and the people working within have been incompetent and I just want this issue resolved before I go to the general manager, the owner, or the news media. More

Not happy Was told the coupon I had could only be used for Hyundai vehicles.
