We had an appointment 2 weeks prior for an oil change. When we arrived we were told it was a 2.5 hour wait. We were unable to wait 2.5 hours for what should be a 30-45 minute appointment. We were told that they had undergone some changes. We said no problem; we will reschedule. We called back a week later and were told that no appointments were available until the following month (nearly 2.5 weeks away). My wife called the dealership. Fortyfive minutes of being shuffled around later, she finally speaks to a manager who is able to squeeze us in within the week. When we finally did get in, service was quick, friendly, and respectful of our choices. The facility was clean and welcoming. I More
Went in for software update & oil change My visit ended with me coming in next month to turn my leased Sonato in. They have some really good lease plans. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE This dealer ship must not know how communication works. I am beyond displeased with my experience here and will never recommend nor come back to this place again. I dropped my car off on March 20 2018 at 8:30 in the morning. After giving them the problems with my car (transmission issues that was covered under warranty), I dropped it off and returned to Port Charlotte Florida where I work and live. For those who don’t know, it is close to a two hour drive. Around 3 in the afternoon, I had not received a phone call or anything in regards on the diagnosis of my car. I called them and was told to leave a message, so I did. I called back an hour later because I still had not heard anything and was told to leave a message again. By five I still had not received a call and was told to leave a message FOR THE THIRD TIME. This car is my only means of transportation need I add. When I called at six I was informed that all service techs have left for the day. I repeated this every day for the next three days and still not heard any information about my car. So instead I had asked a friend of mine that lives closer to the dealership to go to the dealership himself to see if he could find out any information. Within five minutes of him being there, I received a phone call my advisor (Eugenio A Lopez) telling me that my transmission needs to be replaced and should be done by the following Saturday. He ended the conversation by an apology and gave me his contact information. So of course by Saturday afternoon I had not received a phone call so I tried calling his personal phone and he sent me straight to voicemail. By this time I had already been late to work multiple times and paid for many Uber’s and was beyond frustrated. I then called and talked to a sales manager named Patrick, he was beyond helpful and very caring but given the circumstances there wasn’t much he could do. Eugenio then texted me and told me the parts were on back order and he had got me a rental car for the following day. Upon arriving to the location of the rental car, they requested for ME TO PAY FOR THE CAR. By this time I was so upset and frustrated. After making multiple calls to the general and district manager of the area, I was finally able to get a loaner car from the lot. It took exactly a month to get my car back. I will never do business with this place again. More

In consistant My Mitsubishi vehicle been serviced both in Hunday and Mitsubishi areas. They keep switching back and forth as if they are not sure what To do regard My Mitsubishi vehicle been serviced both in Hunday and Mitsubishi areas. They keep switching back and forth as if they are not sure what To do regarding these service centers. Mitsubishi side took a better care of me compared to Hunday. Hunday service center is expensive too. More
Unhappy with the process of my recall The day I dropped my car off to get the recall fixed was good, the agent was so helpful but promised to call me back by end of the week to let me know The day I dropped my car off to get the recall fixed was good, the agent was so helpful but promised to call me back by end of the week to let me know what was going to happen and then never did. He also advised it would be about a month to get my engine replaced and helped me get a rental car. With my job I work out of town several times a month so while I was out of town he called my phone and left a voicemail that my car was ready which was about 2 weeks later from dropping it off, I tried to call him back several times and left messages with the receptionist to let him know I was out of town but he never replied so when I came back in town I tried to call again before heading to the dealer again no reply from him, so I just went to the dealer and then was told they weren’t covering the rental since my car was done last week. But yet again the agent said let me see if I can help you and get it taken care of since you were out of town and told me he would call me. The next day I called 3 times and nothing again from him, so the following day I went there and he said he never got my messages, and that they are going to cover half the expense but never apologized for the lack of communication at all. I have been coming to this location since I bought my car and have never had an issue but this was the worst experience I have ever gotten from the whole ordeal. More
