Unhappy with the process of my recall The day I dropped my car off to get the recall fixed was good, the agent was so helpful but promised to call me back by end of the week to let me know The day I dropped my car off to get the recall fixed was good, the agent was so helpful but promised to call me back by end of the week to let me know what was going to happen and then never did. He also advised it would be about a month to get my engine replaced and helped me get a rental car. With my job I work out of town several times a month so while I was out of town he called my phone and left a voicemail that my car was ready which was about 2 weeks later from dropping it off, I tried to call him back several times and left messages with the receptionist to let him know I was out of town but he never replied so when I came back in town I tried to call again before heading to the dealer again no reply from him, so I just went to the dealer and then was told they weren’t covering the rental since my car was done last week. But yet again the agent said let me see if I can help you and get it taken care of since you were out of town and told me he would call me. The next day I called 3 times and nothing again from him, so the following day I went there and he said he never got my messages, and that they are going to cover half the expense but never apologized for the lack of communication at all. I have been coming to this location since I bought my car and have never had an issue but this was the worst experience I have ever gotten from the whole ordeal. More

Don't even bother making an appointment I made an appointment to have my car looked at for a potential recall, my appointment was for 3/11/19 at 11AM. I get there about 15 minutes early and I made an appointment to have my car looked at for a potential recall, my appointment was for 3/11/19 at 11AM. I get there about 15 minutes early and the line for the service side was already hanging off the lot. Guy told me that it would probably be 3-4 hours before I get seen. I was taking my car there on my lunch break because the website stated that the inspection should take less than an hour. What's the point of an appointment as I would have spent more than half the day there. I have had my car serviced there before in the past and there were no issues there, this time was ridiculous. Worse experience on the planet. Still not fixed After several disastrous service appointments we got a call from Jerry Clark the GM who suggested that they come pick up the car the next morning and After several disastrous service appointments we got a call from Jerry Clark the GM who suggested that they come pick up the car the next morning and leave us a loaner to fix the problem. Mike the service manager immediately followed up and said they would call in the morning to come get the car and leave a loaner. So far so good. Crickets. Not a call. We called them at 930 to see what the plan was. No one knew anything and we left a message. Same at 10 and 1030. Then we got a call a little after 11 asking what day did we want to arrange the repair. Apparently no one told anyone it was supposed to be hours ago. 12:30 they pick up the car but don’t leave a loaner. No one knew anything about that. End of day and my wife has to arrange an Uber to get home. We get the car back to my wife’s office and then the next day we have Uber back to her work in fishhawk. We have to leave town for a family emergency and get back a week and a half later to discover the car was never fixed. Just another lie. It is like this dealer gets off on inconveniencing customers. 4 times to get a working seatbelt. This is beyond absurd. While people have been very nice and appear understanding the complete lack of follow through on promises and repairs is the reason for one stars. This service center is getting too expensive for us. We have had to detail the interior to get grease stains out. Uber between fishhawk and Apollo beach. Cancel business appointments etc. why not tell the truth for a change? More
