Water inside car & Drive train transfer Brought the Hyundai in when water appeared (deep & lots of) on the passenger side floor. Mechanic looked at it right before closing, correctly diagnosed it as clogged (pollen & oak debris) & made an appt for the next morning. During repair, also found the drive train transmitting 4 wheel drive to axels, needed to be replaced. ALL service work plus the car rental was covered under warranty, & completed in four days. More
Wait, wait, wait I had a 1 p.m. appointment for an oil change. It was after 3 p.m. before it was finished. Plus it took multiple calls over a two month period before anyone answered the phone and I was finally able to make the appointment. More

I paid for parts and service on the 17 th and was messed about for the next month and a half; Jay promised to call when ready. He never called. Three weeks later, I called and apparently the part had been sitting on a shelf and no one called. I made an appointment to have it installed. While I was sitting in the waiting area, Jay came in and said it still need to be painted and he'd call me. No call. I called a few days later and it still hadn't been painted and I would be called. No call. I called to talk to Mike the service manager. He said he'd do some leg work and call. No call. I called to speak to store manager and was told they would see if someone was available. The phone ladies kept me on hold a very long time and then flipped me to service. I got the impression they either didn't want the store manager to know how poorly customers were treated or management doesn't care. On my final flip to service on 2/25/19, a very nice, professional named Mario took time to investigate while I held on. The mirror was at Maaco. He'd get it. I made an appointment and finally got it installed on 2/28/19. Thank you Mario. More
The appointment system is ridiculous! Everyone is scheduled for the same time so they really just take people on a first come basis. The service rep Mike was very helpful to get me a ride offsite but when I called the service department for a ride back, it took about 30 minutes to get connected to the actual dealership. Service calls go to an offsite. More

Could Have Been Better Summary of my experiences; poor communication from the dealership, concern with safety of loaner vehicle, and delay of parts to fix defective vehicle. Summary of my experiences; poor communication from the dealership, concern with safety of loaner vehicle, and delay of parts to fix defective vehicle. End result: Disappointed with the service department, I ended up towing my vehicle to a different Hyundai dealership. Upon having my new vehicle towed to this facility for repairs, the dealership initially wouldn't provide a loaner nor authorize a rental car. Then, 3 days later was offered a loaner that was filthy (and smelly) inside, had a huge bubble in the side of the tire, and rotten/unserviceable windshield wipers. This was a serious safety hazard in my opinion. Next they ordered a part for my new vehicle and told me it would be in-stock on Thursday. Not receiving a call from the technician, on Friday I contacted them and was told the part didn't come in and the part would have to be reordered from Korea, adding another week to the process. Lastly, had a horrible time trying to communicate with the dealership over the phone. When calling, was connected to a call center verses the dealership. The call center kept stating they couldn't connect with the service department or any manager and instructed me to leave a message. I talked to the call center manager and was told the same thing, they would leave a message for the service department and manager. My question to them was how could they not contact anyone at the dealership. Their response was they were off-site and could only send a message. Upon continual attempts, finally got through to the service department and again, was told to leave a message for my technician. With no return phone call I drive in and got answers to my questions in person. More
Terrible experience 3 hours for an oil change it's excessive to say the least. I made an appointment for 12 thinking they would take my car around that time, I even got t 3 hours for an oil change it's excessive to say the least. Well they told me it would be about an hour or hour and a half. 2 hours later I asked about the status and they haven't even touched the car. I gave this place a last chance since I thought I had waited long before because I didn't have an appointment, but now I see that they dont even prioritize the appointments. This was really so frustrating I had to be elsewhere by 2 and couldn't make it... but NEVER AGAIN. Thats for sure. More
