Great Service Came in to have my vehicle serviced. I knew that there were several pending things. After having belts changed (long overdue), compressor for air conditioner (went to other air conditioning repair shops exclusively, the dealer was less than all of them), fuel induction, etc. Mario provided his cell number as well. Lack of attention Although I had an appt, I waited 4 hours for my oil change to be completed. Once I got my car back, my NY license plate in the front was hanging OFF, Although I had an appt, I waited 4 hours for my oil change to be completed. Once I got my car back, my NY license plate in the front was hanging OFF, as if one of the workers tried to rip it off for whatever reason. Everytime I walked to the back to check on my car, the mechanics were literally not doing anything. I decided to walk around the lot as I wait, not 1 salesman approached me asking if I needed help and there were a few who walked right pass me and approached another person/family. What was that about? Was I judged? More

Worst ever I dropped my car at 8 o’clock in the morning with an appointment. One phone call was made to me at 3:05, and I could not answer it because I was at a I dropped my car at 8 o’clock in the morning with an appointment. One phone call was made to me at 3:05, and I could not answer it because I was at a hospital. They leave you a message and tell you to call them back. Then when you call back they don’t answer for two days. Even though the call center will tell you that the dealership is open on Sunday, no one ever answers or returns the messages that are left. I finally had to call the dealership itself and ask for a manager there, to finally get a human being on the phone. She said she was the customer service supervisor, and she apologized, as had every single person I spoke to at the call center, and she said she would have my service advisor return my call. It was another hour and a half before I heard from him, we had about a 10 word conversation which could’ve happened two days prior if only I could have talled to someone on the phone. They did complete the two minor repairs on my car within an hour of our conversation. Yet they had my car for 72 hours. Thank God I was out of town and not in need of my car. However it was a stressful weekend due to a hospital visit, and The poor customer service I received at this dealership added another level of stress I did not need. I will never return to Brandon Hyundai. And I would warn everyone else against dealing with them. More

Crappy I went in for a complete detail meaning wash wax and everything else on the exterior, an alignment, Tire pressure monitor reset, and fix the molding a I went in for a complete detail meaning wash wax and everything else on the exterior, an alignment, Tire pressure monitor reset, and fix the molding around my Panoramic sunroof that keeps coming off when I open it. The results when I picked up my car is they washed my car no wax and it still had spots that I could rub off with my hand, my car still pulls to the right just like before, they claimed not to find the molding issue which was clearly there because when I got home I had to pry it back out so hopefully it wont leak in my car when it rains and after an entire day of driving the car my TPMS display still reads drive to display. The Service manager did promise me a full interior & exterior detail st their expense upon my next return and they ordered the molding for my sunroof. To me it seems I dropped my car off for hours just for a car wash. To Michael's defense the service rep who took my car in, he went home sick early but still I feel my car was neglected in what it actually needed. More
