Recalls fixed Initially I didn't have a good experience. When I called to make my appointment I was scheduled for the wrong dealership for the wrong service & then Initially I didn't have a good experience. I had to make a couple of calls to finally get it right. Once I arrived, the staff at this dealership were very kind & friendly. They took good care of my car in a timely manner. Long wait I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment time and was waiting in my car for 15 minutes before someone came to my car. I let the man know I woul I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment time and was waiting in my car for 15 minutes before someone came to my car. I let the man know I would stay for the appointment so they could get me when it was done since it was just an oil change. Two hours later I asked why the oil change was taking so long and was told it would be only a few more minutes. 45 minutes later I was given my paperwork and was told they ended up doing a recall (online says it should take less than an hour to perform) as well. It took an extra 20 minutes to get my car around. 3 hours for an oil change and a recall they didn’t inform me about until after the fact. I was irate & will be taking my business to a different Hyundai Dealership in the future. More
