I wish there was a 0 stars option 11/17/18 We have bought 2 cars here . The 2nd was a 2015 with 42000 miles. We've had the car since Feb. A few weeks ago one of tires blew out and 11/17/18 We have bought 2 cars here . The 2nd was a 2015 with 42000 miles. We've had the car since Feb. A few weeks ago one of tires blew out and we discovered that the tires are dry rotted on the inside (that caused the blow out) . This week the battery went bad. I've been calling the service department for 2 1/2 hrs trying to find out if the battery is covered, they say everyone is busy. messaged the dealer ,no answer. Tried calling the salesman, no answer. Got on the chat , was told someone would get back with me, no luck. When we bought the car , I left feeling like I made a bad decision buying the car. After what I e dealt with today , I will never buy another vehicle from this dealership again. More
headlight replacement out of warranty new ownership has made a big difference in the service department.
