The last two times we've come there even though we had an appointment, we've had to wait over two hours just for an oil change. This is the major reason why I gave you only a two star rating. Frustrating I brought my car in around November 7 or eighth, to have the mileage written down and sent into Hyundai for the mpg mileage reimbursement. I got there bright and early at 7:30 in the morning, a gentleman came in and wrote down the mileage and said he knew exactly what to do with it and would get it sent in. After waiting 30 days the representative for Hyundai said they had not received anything. All throughout the remainder of December I kept calling and calling to have someone resubmit the mileage to Hyundai. No one ever called me back! Not one time! I went through three different operators and each one sent me to a voicemail... sometimes one for a “Corey” that was full. I could understand one or two times being busy, But all of these times with no response is inexcusable! I finally drove again to the service center and got Mario Otero who was absolutely excellent! Even though he was sick and really should’ve called in and stayed home, he did not want to leave his workload on his fellow advisers. He help me out and gave me a copy of the form he was sending over to the warranty department. I have had him before as an advisor, and he has always done an excellent job! More
