They even go the extra mile and give you face-to-face updates on your car and if any additional issues they found that they suggest should be fixed as well. No pressure, they only inform you but never any feelings from the staff that you "must" get additional repairs immediately unless your in imminent danger(like brakes are completely gone). I've visited the service department since 2016 and the consistency of quality makes me come back again and again. More

Failed to complete work I brought my Outlander Sport in on January 1st for a scheduled appointment to have two tires replaced, three recalls changed, the alignment to be fixe I brought my Outlander Sport in on January 1st for a scheduled appointment to have two tires replaced, three recalls changed, the alignment to be fixed, to have my oil changed, and to have all of the fluids topped off as per the inspection. at 10am and was told it would take roughly 2 1/2 hours to complete. At 12:36pm I received a call stating that they were just now starting to work on my car and it would be finished around 3, despite the fact that it was supposed to be done by then. At 3:41pm I received a call that my car was finished and that they were going to wash my car for me. Upon arriving at the dealership I received my vehicle it had not been washed, which I was willing to look past because I had already waited long enough for my car. Upon arriving home I realized that the oil change meter had not been reset, none of my fluids were topped off, on top of the fact that they did not wash the car. I am unsure if they actually did the oil change at this point since the meter wasn’t reset and the other fluids were not filled. More

Had an oil change I had my complimentary oil change, and they washed my car, just didn't vacuum it out. Excellent customer service, very friendly staff, clean waiting area, excellent coffee bar, my only complaint would be that I didn't have anyone meet me outside in the service drop off, so I didn't know exactly where to go or who to speak with, and the parking lot is horrible. Seems to be narrow with lots of pot holes and a mix of customers and inventory cars scattered everywhere. More

Have no idea what I paid for. Scheduled to bring my car in on a Monday am. No response from service advisor until after 5. No work done all day Tuesday. There was no follow up. Disappointed, My son brought my car up for a oil change last week. I had also asked to have 3 of my caps replaced on my tires, asking if there would be a charge. The woman in service department said no problem they would put 3 new ones on, and there would be no charge. When they said the car was done my son noticed that it had not been done. Also when my son went to just and make sure there was windshield wiper fluid in my car, he was very surprised how much he had to put into it, to fill it up. It is small things, but I thought these were all part of the service taking it to the dealership. I could easily take my car on my lunch hour in my area, but thinking using you I would have had better maintenance. What I could have done in about 1-2 hour. Takes up about 3 hours turn around. Plus driving 25 minutes both ways. This is why I feel they just don't care. Disappointed. More
