Went up for three recalls recalls were performed. Also had a front alignment done, but didn’t notice. They said they would rotate the tires when they did that in the tires were not rotated because my Also had a front alignment done, but didn’t notice. Most unwelcoming staff I have ever experienced. I do not recommend this dealer for service, or the Hyundai brand as a whole since all their engines are bad. I’m so impressed with Jeff & new manager Danny I had some issues with my car & was there multiple times 5-6 within a yr in 2022 service was terrible problem never got fixed & I had to start traveling to Cour issues with my car & was there multiple times 5-6 within a yr in 2022 service was terrible problem never got fixed & I had to start traveling to Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa to help resolve issue. To my surprise I decided to go back to see if anything changed when I needed a new car & key fob battery and service was exceptional efficient staff had changed everyone was kind & professional.I was pleased to see this & happy I could start coming back since I reside in Brandon. Jeff was absolutely hands down amazing, I highly recommend him. I needed a new tail light battery & Courtesy Hyundai in Tampa had already ordered it. He told me that he could order that here for me & saved me a trip from having to drive back to Tampa. Keep up the great work. You guys were AWESOME & exceeded my expectations, so I thank you for that. A big thanks to Danny for coming in & cleaning house & hiring such an amazing team of professionals so Brandon Hyundai could become GREAT again. I will highly recommend now to family & friends. More
