Excellent customer service The alternator in my Oulander went bad. After I called Bradon Mitsubishi, I had the car towed to them. It was very distressing for me been stranded far from home. When I got there, Eugenio was already waiting for us. They took the car right in and started working on it. Very surprised that my car was taken care off, been a saturday. I was treated like family and kept comfortable and informed during my visit. This is what makes me want to buy another Mitsubishi. I came to you because i have a hyundai and my best bet is to trust youll as ull are t Youll have up a sign saying giving free multi inspection checks. I came to you because i have a hyundai and my best bet is to trust youll as ull are the dealership. I didnt felt i was given the service i needed. I was told everything in my car is in good condition etc. I came to check if my battery is dying because the car was given starter issues. I felt this was the only thing that was serviced because i said so. I wasnt given my inspection sheet stating that my car and all part are in good shape. I am thankful for the diagnosis and for the change in battery, however the cost for the battery and to put it in being $286 is ridiculous. Batteries are not that expensive and neither is the service fee. I mentioned that the tire pressure symbol has been on my dashboard for months and was told they adjusted it you just need to drive 5 miles and it should be off. Its almost 5 days now and its still there. If your work time says 9 to 6 or whatever please be meticulous at 9 as well as up to 6. We should not slack off and give folks a fly by night car inspection because its almost time to go home. I am appealing to the company to do better! More
