Good work, but wait time is too long The quality of work has always been very good. However, the wait times are progressively getting longer. I typically go just to get routine oil change The quality of work has always been very good. However, the wait times are progressively getting longer. I typically go just to get routine oil changes and tire rotations and it's taking 2-3 hours. The most recent service was almost 3 1/2 hours because the rotation was done but the oil change had not been written down and therefore had to be brought back in. An appointment should be necessary for any service to make sure any one day is not over booked. More

In and out within 40 min they had to inpest and spray my crewmember was expecting to be there a hour plus but didn't spend 40 min on site. Very nice workers and they found me when my car was done. Disappointed in the service I a made an appointment because of the issue with my back window. I was clear when making to the appointment this is a new car and the window needs to I a made an appointment because of the issue with my back window. I was clear when making to the appointment this is a new car and the window needs to be fixed. In addition, I need an oil change and the interior needed to be cleaned because it rained in my car for hours. Hours later, unbeknownst to me my car was ready and no one told me. When I walked into the service area, I was ignored. No one greeted me. Then finally, the manager said that he will be right with as he was walking away. One he was ready, I asked him the status of my car. He could not tell me when it was fixed, but I can pick up the car. Once I looked the car over, I noticed the interior was not clean and still damp. The manager said he'll have someone work on it. My car's interior looked like an eight years old vacuumed my car. At the end of the day, customer service was poor and unexcusable. One good thing about my day was the Hyundai van driver, Danny, was very nice and professional. Everything else was a big disappointment. More
THE WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER I went in for a tire repair and the service associates told me I didn’t have a warranty that I’d paid an additional 2,000 for!!! They denied me my war I went in for a tire repair and the service associates told me I didn’t have a warranty that I’d paid an additional 2,000 for!!! They denied me my warranty service that was in the computer!! I’ve heard bad things about Brandon dealerships but for them to take advantage of me because of my gender is completely sickening!!! They also gave me my car with 3 lights in which I had to get fixed at another dealership!!! They lied about my warranty cause I got it printed out at another dealer and emailed to me. Disgusted! Will never return or recommend! More

I just felt that not much effort was put into trying to assist me with this matter. The service department is great and so is the service they provide. Management should reconsider some of their policies in my opinion. More

When I was entering the service lot, I was blocked in traffic, The person in the car behind me kept blowing his horn. I couldn’t move anywhere. The driver got out of his car and came to my window yelling at me and telling me to move. He had a Brandon Hyundai t-shirt on, and I asked the service intake person who he was. I found out that he worked in the sales department. If it weren’t for the excellent treatment I receive from my service adviser Mario Otero, I would cut ties with this location. More

Excellent Service Eugenio is the best. Issue with transmission computer on my 2017. Jumped on finding issue, worked immediately with manufacturer to make sure it was Eugenio is the best. Provided rental for the 3 days... and they even returned the rental when I picked up the car. So thankful since you all hired him and separated maintenance area.
