charged 2 hours of labor for 30 minutes of work. first i will say the svc manager was very polite and professional, however, i went in for oil change. ended up needing filters replaced. hyundai filte first i will say the svc manager was very polite and professional, however, i went in for oil change. ended up needing filters replaced. hyundai filters cost 17.00 was charged 35.00 for each and 100+ for labor. 22.00 for "shop supplies", asked for tire nitrogen fill, after waiting forever, i drive away only to find out once im on the interstate, no air. took them another 30 minutes to fill my tires? go figure. Routine oil change done well ...my antenna fin was knocked off when they ran my Genesis through the car wash but Mario found it on the floor of the washer. He immediately ordered ...my antenna fin was knocked off when they ran my Genesis through the car wash but Mario found it on the floor of the washer. Have to go somewhere else to get my car fixed I had an appointment for an oil change and was running a little late (literally 7 mins late) but they were still able to take me, but advised me that I had an appointment for an oil change and was running a little late (literally 7 mins late) but they were still able to take me, but advised me that it would be a two hour wait. 🙄 Once there, I notified them of an issue I was having with my car. The gentleman that took my car told me,”he’ll see what he can do.” Once I got my car back, I asked were they able to find out what the issue was. The gentleman told me, there was no one available to check it and all they did was the oil change, but he thinks my problem is the tires. I just had my tires rotated and balanced last month. 😒 Wasn’t even offered a time to come back when someone was available to fully figure out what the issue is. More
