I'll Never Go Back to This Dealership! I waited three hours for an oil change. You are under-staffed and I was told that I needed 4 additional maintenance work on my vehicle, all of which I waited three hours for an oil change. You are under-staffed and I was told that I needed 4 additional maintenance work on my vehicle, all of which they were already completed at the Newport Ritchie location to months ago. I came to the Brandon location only because I recently relocated to Brandon. But I will never go back to that location. I will drive the extra hour to go back to the Newport Ritchie location. When I inquired if my car could get washed and have the rugs Vacuumed, I was told that I had to pay $17.95. Meanwhile, the Newport Ritchie location does not charge at all. I will not be back to Brandon HYUNDAI. More
