Why did I make an appointment This will be the second time I used this service department the fist time I waited 3 hours for an oil change. This time I made an appointment it was at 10:00am for an oil change and a car wash. At 11:30am I asked one of the service men how much longer it was going to be and he was I would say rude and said I had to ask someone else. So my vehicle that I just purchased from you guys was finally done at 11:45am. At the beginning I did mention that my back latch did not work and the service man told me that I would have to come back because you didn’t have the part in stock and told me it would be another 1 1/2 hours he then told me where my car was and it wasn’t parked there, I obviously found it. But it didn’t end there the car wash that my brand new car was given left spots all over the window, when I got home I got Wendex and I tried to clean them but the water spots on some of the windows would not clean off I don’t know if it’s beacause they dried or what. I guess overall I’m disappointed in how I was treated I waited 1:45 mins for an oil change and a terrible car wash. More

Too Crazy Dropped car off and couldn’t find parking because the lot ia too small. Received a message to call back and when I did I was transferred to finance by Dropped car off and couldn’t find parking because the lot ia too small. Received a message to call back and when I did I was transferred to finance by mistake, then auto parts and when I finally was sent to the correct department was on hold for 23 minutes before I hung up. I ended up driving to the service department to find out about my car. When I got there 4 people were behind the counter and no one said hello or be right with you. The manager finally walked by and asked if I was being helped. When I said no he told one of the guys to help me but that was after the giy finished messing around with papers. Very poor service and probably won’t be back. More

Horn problem I went to have my horn fixed unfortunately the part is out of my budget however, Eugene said he would shop around for me and I believe him because he’ I went to have my horn fixed unfortunately the part is out of my budget however, Eugene said he would shop around for me and I believe him because he’s helped me on another issue I had and got it resolved. He is definitely a man of his word. He is there to help however he can. He is amazingly nice, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. He’s the go to guy. Hopefully I’ll be able to get my issue resolved but even if I don’t I could at least say he did his very best to help. More
