Lack of even an inkling of customer service. Purchased car in 2014. Had a service advisory warranty extension issue. They should have serviced my car while it was under 100k miles. When I dropped off my car I was immediately greeted by Mike who was friendly and actually listened to my explanation of the car's problem. He then very clearly explained what they were going to do with the car to discover the cause of the trouble so that he could make his recommendations to me for the fix. When asked how much it would cost to just look at the car Mike told me he wasn't going to charge me just to look for an oil leak, which was very much appreciated by me! Thanks for being a straight shooter and a cool guy! More
