Service I made appointment for 9 am and when I got there at 8:30 am there was a 2 1/2 hour wait? I do not appreciate waiting that long and practice of over I made appointment for 9 am and when I got there at 8:30 am there was a 2 1/2 hour wait? I was told I could use shuttle to take me somewhere but no one ever came to get me so I waited.
