Poor communication and lack of follow up Major repair work was needed in my car, which took a month to complete. Never was I proactively called about status, only twice were my calls returned Major repair work was needed in my car, which took a month to complete. Never was I proactively called about status, only twice were my calls returned. I lost track of voicemails left, unreturned calls, and the like. The service work was fine and if I showed up in person, the people were helpful. Would not recommend to others as communication is free and should be a given in a service scenario like this. I received two requests for different experience surveys before the shop ever told me my car was done. More

Great service Alex was great help. Service was great. They did what they said they were going to do. It was my daughters car that needed to be fixed. Just the a/c needed service. They a Service was great. They did what they said they were going to do. It was my daughters car that needed to be fixed. Just the a/c needed service. They also checked her breaks. Needed to be replaced rear serpentine belt needed to be replaced, tune up and oil change. They also replaced windshield for free. More
