First time average only It took over a 1/2 hour in line waiting to get checked in and then only when I went to the service mgr to see what was going on as it was well after m It took over a 1/2 hour in line waiting to get checked in and then only when I went to the service mgr to see what was going on as it was well after my 1:00 appt. The most disappointing thing was that they took care of two cars that were behind me and still didn't acknowledge that I was sitting there waiting. In fairness this was my first experience like this and I hope it to be the last. Once they finally got me in, the service was excellent. More

Great Service Mario was great. He listened to what service I needed done on my car and before letting me know what was recommended, he checked the history of my ca Mario was great. He has a great personality and very easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable around him and I knew he was honest about the work I needed done. He made sure he spoke to either myself or my wife through the entire process. Even saved us a few bucks. The only hiccup was that getting a hold of a service person on a Saturday was extremely difficult but the lady that answered the phone kept at it till I was successful. More
