Very problematic service, I knew I needed a new tire, but definitely not a battery replacement as my battery is only 3 months old. The price quoted was astronomical for a tire and battery. I was told that the dealership would not do a tire rotation because of the tire condition. When I picked up my car I was told the price and I said I had a phone call where I was told they would not rotate my tires. The service man checking me out removed that cost from the bill. He went and got my car and pulled it around front for me. Imagine my surprise to find my car registration located on my floorboard along with the door to my cabin filter laying on the floor of my car also. Also there is normally a sticker put on the window letting me know when I need the next oil change, I still had the old sticker. I’m not sure what’s going on there but I will not return for service or to ever purchase a vehicle from your dealership ever again. If you go back and look at the bait and switch that happened at the time of purchase you will understand my qualms about your dealership. This was my second purchase from your dealership and my last purchase and last service from you! Such a disappointment as I love my Hyundai vehicles More
