The automated update link was never accurate, and the personnel for the most part were not friendly at all. Plus there was supposedly an inspection before the oil change but no results were provided for my review. And lastly, the salesperson who used the bathroom but didn't wash his hands, heading back out on the sales floor to presumably shake hands with potential customers?!? More
