I am sharing my experience so prospective buyers can make their own decisions. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. After completing the purchase and registration, I had questions about seve their own decisions. I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership. After completing the purchase and registration, I had questions about several charges on my contract: a $1,296.00 “Pre-Delivery Service Fee,” a $298.00 “Electronic Registration Filing Fee,” and a $114.65 “Government License & Registration Fee.” My registration documentation showed that the actual state registration fees were less than the $114.65 charged, and I also had questions about how the $298 electronic filing fee was characterized. I was at the dealership for approximately four hours before reaching the final paperwork. The documents were presented electronically for signature, and the signing process moved quickly. As I was leaving, I noticed that the total was higher than the amount we had agreed upon and saw a $1,678 charge I did not recognize. I told the finance representative that I had not agreed to the additional charge, and he indicated that it would be removed. About a week later, once I gained access to the financing account, I discovered that the $1,678 charge had not been removed from the financing balance. I then confirmed that the charge was for an extended warranty, which I had specifically stated I did not want. I returned to the dealership and also contacted the warranty company directly. Because of my efforts, the warranty was eventually removed. I contacted dealership management in writing on September 8, 2026, regarding the disputed fees and followed up with a certified letter on September 15, 2026. I gave them 10 business days to respond. As of September 26, 2026, I have not received a substantive response to either communication. I will therefore submit the documentation to the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles for review and will allow the agency to determine whether the fees were properly charged and what amount, if any, should be refunded. My advice to prospective buyers: have the complete purchase contract printed before signing and go through it line by line. Pay particular attention to every fee and optional product, and make sure you understand and agree to each charge before completing the purchase. More
