I recently purchased my first car at Autoway Nissan of Brandon and I must say the experience was truly phenomenal. My salesman was Eddie Guadalupe and he was simply fantastic. As soon as I walked in he had the most welcoming smile on his face, told me his name, and asked if I needed help with anything. I told him I was looking for a used vehiclle and from that point on he took me under his wing and escorted me down the long, yellow brick road of purchasing a car. Unlike the Wizard of Oz however, this trip was smooth, easy, and surprisingly fast. Eddie was all ears as he listened to all my questions and asnwered all of them with ease. He really knew everything there to was to know about the buying process and that reassured me that I knew all there was to know during each step I took towards the final goal of owning my first car. Oh, and did I mention that he had pizza, snacks, and an abundance of drinks for me to enjoy at any time during the process? To put it simply, Eddie's professionalism was truly inspiring and his hospitality was boundless. I do not think I will ever purchase a car from anyone else. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Nissan Altima Coupe and I could not be happier (not bad for a 20 year old student, huh). Thanks Eddie and Autoway! More

My family was looking for a specific vehicle to fit our needs and budget. We had been looking closer to home, but the dealer we were working with didn't seem too interested in making the deal happen. After specifying the vehicle we were looking for on the Nissan website, we were able to locate the car we were looking for at Autoway of Brandon. Within ten minutes, I was speaking to Randy about a time we could meet. As we live 45 minutes away from Brandon with a very busy schedule, we had to meet at 8:00 p.m. leaving only an hour until the dealership was supposed to close. Randy, Lindsey, and the guys in the shop were not phased in the least to make sure all of our questions were answered, the deal was satisfactory for both parties, examined our trade, and ensured the car was completely detailed and filled before we left the lot. It was a very pleasurable purchasing experience! More

Turan was wonderful! I came into the dealership just to see if they had the vehicle I was looking for. Turan told me he would do a search and a few days later the vehicle was sitting on the lot with just see if they had the vehicle I was looking for. Dan Malone is one hard working salesman! We enjoyed his fresh take on sales. When he did not have an answer, rather than "BS" us, he RAN to get the answer!! Lars in Financing was professional and efficient on his part, but the overall experience took 5 hours, half of which was spent waiting to get to financing... a very busy day, so much so, that Lars began working with us in the Lobby, among other people working on their purchases... which we were uncomfortable with. But once Lars realized this, we were taken directly to his office, and we completed our business in 30 minutes. They worked with us on the pricing, and we feel we got a fair deal. A few times they were a bit presumptuous with trying to sign paperwork prior to our decision to buy, but that may have been part of the busy day.... More
