I like to shop for cars by the internet. I gives everyone a chance to put their best price on the table. I corresponded with Mike several times to ask questions and clarify the deal. I drove 100 miles on Tuesday AM to make the deal. You always wonder if their will be last minute changes, charges etc. to the agreement. This was not the case. The sales agreement was exactly how we discussed it. Mike made the stressful act of car buying very easy with no high pressure attack. I have dealt with many dealers over the year and have has lots of "surprises" and ambush tactics tried on me. I would recommend Mike and this dealership to any of my friends and family. More

My wife and I looked at several dealerships trying to find the "right" car. After several unsuccessful trips elsewhere (due to them not being able to match a price or not having a certain vehicle in stoc find the "right" car. After several unsuccessful trips elsewhere (due to them not being able to match a price or not having a certain vehicle in stock) we wound up at Autoway Nissan of Brandon. We were surprised to learn that they had 4 of the identical vehicles we were looking for (Nissan Murano SL). I called to check inventory and to actually make sure they had these vehicles available, to which they did. I talked to Mike Metcalfe and he was extremely helpful and nice. He was unlike other dealerships who had "pushy" salesmen. He really strived to make us feel comfortable, which was definitely a huge plus! After talking with him on the phone we went to check out the vehicle. It was everything that we were looking for and more! I'm in the military and Mike and the rest of the staff were very friendly and easy to work with (especially with working through the USAA car buying program) and we were able to get an awesome deal. By the next day we were driving away in our new car. We really don't have anything bad to say about our experience and would highly recommend Autoway Nissan of Brandon.
