It has been 11 years since I purchased a new car, so Eddie was very helpful in letting me roam the lot and see what there was to see. I test drove a Nissan Altima and then went to several other dealer Eddie was very helpful in letting me roam the lot and see what there was to see. I test drove a Nissan Altima and then went to several other dealerships to test drive comparable cars. The Altima was the car I wound up comparing all the other cars to, it won hands down. I returned to AutoWay and was treated with respect, no pushy salesmanship. Even though I wasn't going to purchase for a couple of days, they held my selection for me. The reason I rated several items a 3, was because of the typical long process of completing the paperwork, almost 4 hours, even with the initial contact 3 days prior to purchase. There were issues that took several weeks to iron out with repeated trips to the dealership to finalize everything. And it was difficult at times to get in contact without leaving numerous phone calls and emails. I love my new Altima and the overall experience was pleasant. However, the red tape lowered the rating. More
