Brandon Nissan

My experience with Autoway Nissan service department has been amazing....I came in about a month ago asking for Mannie and Tom, and too my surprise neither of them no longer worked for Nissan... My heart wa been amazing....I came in about a month ago asking for Mannie and Tom, and too my surprise neither of them no longer worked for Nissan... My heart was broken because I didn't think any other Nissan employee would treat me or go above and beyond like Mannie or Tom had treated me in the past....but I was wrong... I was quickly introduce to the new service director, Frank Mercamte who was amazing in helping me in any way he could. I got my car service, over 1500.00 in service, given a rental car and treated like a queen. Once I returned Hemzah Mubarak the asst service manager assisted me with checking out going over everything that had taken place with my car, I didn't feel rushed and left feeling like I actually knew what had taken place with my car....Later on after leavg the dealership, I notice a rumbling sound coming from my car, so I return the car back to Nissan a few days later and ask for Frank, he again was very patient with me and even ask a service guy to ride with me to find out what the sound was in my car, or where it may have been coming from...So Frank asked if I could leave my car so that he could have my car completly checked out and once again I was given a rental car so I wouldn't have to wait.. I returned days later to pick my car up, the problem was fixed and covered under my warranty so I left again... only to my surprise, I heard this crazy sound again...back to Nissan I went and Frank never got upset with me, he always listen to what i had to say and always went above and beyond to help me, so this last time they pin pointed the sound and fixed my car yet again...My car is running like a bran new Nissan... I love it and just from the exceptional service I have recieved, Nissan has my vote...I will never have anyone fix my car or never will I buy any other car, other than a Nissan... the service department at Autoway nissan in Brandon service is the best ever....Frank has come in and made a huge differece in the service department... Everyone seems to be excited about coming to work, they are much more friendly and willing to help.. from a scale of 1 to 10... I rate them as a 20... Amazing Service... I love them.....As a women I never felt like they were trying to get over on me or over charge me... Very detailed, very personable....Im very very very happy with the service provided to me....I bought my car in 2007...its a 2008 Nissan Altima and this service has been by far, THE BEST SERVICE EVER......Job well done....Thanks Frank and Hamzah for your wonderful customer service, you guys rock.....Ms Lakelia Drummond....your #1 FAN...... On Wednesday February 29, 2012 I arrived at this Dealer to meet with Eric Fruhmorgen for an appointment. Since the moment I walked in I felt welcome to the Dealer, Eric was pleasant, courteous and had a ph to meet with Eric Fruhmorgen for an appointment. Since the moment I walked in I felt welcome to the Dealer, Eric was pleasant, courteous and had a phenomenal attitude. Test drove the Pathfinder I wanted, went inside, a few minutes later had an offer that I refused. Eric asked me I I wanted I told him. A few minutes later the Sales Manager Mr. Bennani came to the table with exactly what I wanted. Accepted the offer and was on my way to financing. They had problems with the computer system yet Mr. Patrick Siborg was extremely pleasant, professional and courteous. Bottom line I'm driving my 2012 Pathfinder, am extremely happy with the service this Dealer provided and this is my new home for auto buying. Will I recommend them, ABSOLUTELY! More

This was the second time that we have bought from Autoway Nissan of Brandon and this was even better the second time around. I was able to go pick out the vehicle I wanted, negotiate price, interest rate and Nissan of Brandon and this was even better the second time around.
