We went in to purchase a "Fully Loaded" Nissan Quest. Months before we had researched and test driven the van and loved it (We dealt with Howard who was VERY knowledgable). Since we knew what we w Quest. Months before we had researched and test driven the van and loved it (We dealt with Howard who was VERY knowledgable). Since we knew what we wanted, there was no need to test drive it again. There was a van on the showroom floor and I asked Eric Fruhmorgen if it was "fully loaded". He said yes. I specifically asked... "Is there anything else you can get on this van or does it have absolutely every option?" He said it has EVERYTHING! We purchased the vehicle without driving it (Since we already knew how it drove). We took Eric's word that it was loaded and continued to financing. The guys in financing were great. They worked hard to get us a good deal. I went to leave the dealership, happy I might add, and started the new van. NO XM radio and NO navigation. My husband immediately went in and told Eric. He was as surprised as we were. He said, "Are you sure?" "It's loaded!". He said he didn;t know how that happened and to come back the next day and we would take care of it. He never came out to the car to go over it with me. The next day, we came back and he sent us to a car stereo dealer on Dale Mabry to have XM and Nav installed. When we got there, they told us they cannot do it on a 2011 Quest. We drove back to NOB and I told them I wanted to return the car. Eric's manager said to not worry, that he knew of a company that would come to my house and install it. So, we gave him the benefit of the doubt and set up an appt. They came to my house the following Monday and said they could install the Navigation, but the XM could not be installed. It would have to be an external device that sat on my dash. We told him thank you, but we wanted it installed in the car like we were told it would be, by Eric and his mgr. We returned to NOB and they were surprised at what had occured. We were then told that was the only way it could be done and that they were sorry. We were told our salesman was not informed about the vehicle the way he should have been. We asked to trade it in on one that had the factory installed Nav and XM. But, after only 300 miles and 9 days, they wanted to give me $3,000 less than what I paid for it!! I took it to Ferman Chevrolet and traded it in and got MORE than what I paid for it! Now I am driving a $62,000 Chevy Suburban and I love it. The salesman was extremely knowledgable about the vehicle. I made the mistake of trusting my salesman (Eric Fruhmorgen) at Nissan of Brandon. I have lost faith in Nissan of Brandon and feel like they only cared about getting a sale and not satisfying the customer. Eric Fruhmorgen never apologized (only his manager did) and our previous salesman (Howard) apologized and said that Eric should have known that Quest did not have Nav and XM. More

My overall experience at autoway nissan of brandon was great. My salesman (john) and his team worked very diligently to get me into a car I would be happy with which was a challenge with my limited financ great. My experience with Autoway Nissan Brandon overall was great. In the,beginning we were approached by a salesman who seemed as though he did not want to be bothered or did not go out of his way to answer o great. Kevin immeadiately introduced himself to us began answering questions for us. Kevin also apologized for the experience that we encountered before he approached us and that made us feel very good.We got a very outstanding vehicle at a very reasonable price with very outstanding customer service. I would definitely refer family and friends to this dealership.
