Truly a positive experience in the purchase of my new car. Enjoyed the fact that Kevin never pressured us during the whole process. We've always dreaded the car buying experience specifically because of car. Enjoyed the fact that Kevin never pressured us during the whole process. We've always dreaded the car buying experience specifically because of the pressure tactics that a lot of dealers use on their customers. Never felt this at Autoway Nissan of Brandon. Kevin was very patient and knowledgeable in answering all our questions in respect to all the cars that we were considering and that we test drove. Finally the negotiation went quite smooth without feeling pressured either. Upon finally closing the deal, everyone in the sales department was very thorough and efficient in the process. We will definitely be recommending Kevin whenever anyone shows interest in wanting to deal with a very efficient car salesperson. More

It was i friendly and responsive - no pressure to buy and no games negotiating. Everyone was very helpful. The car was listed online at a good price. It was in as great shape as the ad said. They made me a fair offer on my trade. And the negotiating was simple, no pressure and fair. This was, by far, the best car buying experience I've ever had. More

I wish that there were options to rate certain portions of my buying experience, separately. I would like to reinforce that I am extremely happy with my vehicle, and my experience working with the Busines of my buying experience, separately. I would like to reinforce that I am extremely happy with my vehicle, and my experience working with the Business Manager as well as the Finance Department was excellent. I never once felt pressured, and they were able to answer any and every questions I had with a straight forward and honest response. However, my "sales" experience was nothing short of a let-down. When I first stepped onto the lot, about a week before my purchase, I was greeted by a sales person who was obviously new, because he could not answer any of my questions. There were several other isses that arose because of this inexperienced person, but he was let go the morning I came in to actually purchase my vehicle, so it is not a subject worth addressing. This is when I was "handed over" to Eddie. Eddie seemed like a nice enough guy, and unfortunately for him, all of my work experience for the last 10 years has been in high-commissioned jobs. So, I know how a customer should be treated, and what things should be done and not done to close a sale. From the minute he started working with me, I felt like I was an inconvenience, and that he was "doing a favor" for the gentleman who had been fired, and that I should be lucky that he took time out of helping his several other customers that he was juggling. Pretty much from the moment my boyfriend and I got there, we were told we would be waiting because Eddie was "the only salesman who could speak Spanish" and he had other customers to deal with. At this point, since the customer should be of concern, Eddie should have asked someone else to help me- someone else to take me for a test drive- someone else who could actually sit down and talk numbers regarding the SUV I was buying, and the car I was trading in. He was clearly worried about someone else taking the sale that he did not work so hard for, which he mentioned at one point, so I was forced to sit around and wait. The only thing I received were a few squeezes on the arm from him, and him telling me that he "owed me" over and over again. Not to mention the fact that I had been sitting in the showroom for over 4 hours, and hearing nothing but giftcard promises from Eddie for my inconvenience, which consequently were unavailable when I was finally able to leave with my car. I regret not asking to work with someone else at this point. I probably could have saved myself a few hours. The bottom line is, I should have been working with one of the several other sales people available. One of whom even offered, but Eddie claimed he was going to try and "steal his sale". Personally, I shouldn't have even been Eddie's sale because he did nothing but take me for a test drive, and then I was handed off to Lin so that he could answer any and every question that I had. (Lin was exceptional, and he also filled my gas tank when it hadn't been done, and Eddie was no where to be found.) My point of this is not to get anyone in trouble here, but more to highlight the issue of trying to juggle too many customers. It may be making Eddie some money, but it's pissing people off in the meantime. I have pointed other friends to Autoway Nissan in the past week when they were admiring my new car so much, but I just told them to make sure they ask for a different sales person. Perhaps one of the people who will actually "sell" them the vehicle. More
