While on a business trip, my husband purchased a new Armanda for me in Fort Meyers. I live in New Tampa and had previously taken my old Armada to a dealership closer to our home where we received medio Armanda for me in Fort Meyers. As there were a few items that needed to be tended to on my new car, we were told to visit the Fort Meyers dealerships sister store - Autoway Nissan in Brandon. Based on my first experience with this dealership, it was unlike any service I've had. Frank and Hamz were extremely pleasant and professional. They were on-time, knew about my issues and answered most of my questions before I had to ask them. It was almost a family type atmosphere there. While I waited for paperwork to be completed, my service advisor (Hamz) greeted other customers by name when they walked in the door, knew them by their car, etc. It was impressive. I normally take my car to a local facility for regular maintenance and to the dealership for bigger issues. Although this dealership is further for me to drive to, I'd consider taking my car here for everything. Good service is so hard to find these days - especially when it comes to cars as you really need to be able to trust the person you are working with. The people at Autoway Nissan of Brandon seem to recognize service is what it is all about. I will DEFINITELY go back. More

I dread the ordeal of buying a new car. Yesterday, I bought my second new car from Autoway Nissan of Brandon. I knew the exact car I wanted, the color, the interior and the extras. I built it on the Nis bought my second new car from Autoway Nissan of Brandon. I knew the exact car I wanted, the color, the interior and the extras. I built it on the Nissan website and electronically sent the details to a number of Nissan dealerships in Tampa/Orlando. I asked for the bottom line price (excluding tax/title/etc.) and only a few sales reps actually emailed me their actual, bottom line price. Of the 3 that did, Autoway was tied for 1st and was the closest to my Lakeland, FL home. I emailed Mr Fleetwood and met him the next day. He showed me the exact car, I test drove it, and then bought it for the price he quoted me. Their original offer for my trade-in was low, but they upped it when I showed them the printed offer I had from Car Max (prolly something everyone should do before trading in to have a ballpark idea). Mr Fleetwood was courteous, friendly, informative and did none of the usual car salesman BS tricks. The finance person was also friendly and not overly pushy as we went throught the obligatory warranty choices (I chose none). All in all, this dealership and particularly, Mr Fleetwood, created a very pleasant and fair environment while I purchased a new car. More
