I had planned to buy a new car and was visiting several different dealers as I had not yet decided on a make and model. Anthony was the first person I worked with at Autoway Nissan. He showed me several cars and pickups and I test drove a few of them. He was patient, knowledgeable, and did not try to talk me into making a purchase I did not want. I drove a Frontier home that evening to test and brought it back the next day deciding I preferred a car instead of a truck although the truck was nice. I worked with Lindsay that day and she was just as nice and knowledgeable also with a non pressure approach that I appreciated. I decided on a new Altima. To get the color with the options I wanted, Lindsay had to pick one up at another dealership which she did the next day. I am enjoying my new car and really appreciated the level of customer service from everyone at Autoway Nissan of Brandon, FL, especially Lindsay and Anthony. More

Linny and Scott were both great to work with. We had inquired online about a new Maxima and were contacted by Linny within 30 minutes. My wife and I visited AutoWay Nissan of Brandon this past weekend and were surprised by the difference in atmosphere between this dealership and the others we have dealt with. Our previous experiences purch weekend and were surprised by the difference in atmosphere between this dealership and the others we have dealt with. Our previous experiences purchasing vehicles at other dealerships were not pleasant. The previous sales pitches were rife with high pressure sales tactics and manipulation. The sales staff at AutoWay Nissan of Brandon, in particular Kevin Slane, were a pleasure to deal with. Kevin Slane was very informative about the vehicles we were interested in and gave us several options. Kevin Slane facilitated us driving one of the vehicles and also worked with the sales manager, Julio Ayala, to give us a fair price. Both Kevin Slane and Julio Ayala worked to locate the vehicle we wanted and had it delivered that evening. Kevin Slane even took time to show me the features of the vehicle we purchased. When there was an issue with the vehicle, Kevin Slane was the first to notice it and made it right as soon as possible. We went to Brandon AutoWay due to an ad we received in the mail about their black Friday sale. My fiance and I recently moved to Brandon, and I needed a bigger car, so we headed over with my parents. I called that morning to make sure they had plenty of the 2012 Rogues for the $18,992. advertised price. Lynny answered and assured me that they had plenty, and told me to ask for her. We arrived around 930 that morning and had Lynny paged. After 2 pages, she still had not come to find us, but Dennis was nearby and offered to help. I showed him the ad, and told him I'd like to get a red or a blue Rogue, but if the payments weren't low enough, I would not be buying. He led us to a red Rogue on the lot, let me look inside and test drive it. We decided to go ahead, so I went to get my old car to be estimated for trade in. Once we sat down to do paperwork, it was revealed that the car I selected was NOT the sale model, and that they only had one of those in stock, contrary to what Lynny said. However, Dennis and the finance manager worked together, and with me, to get my payments where I wanted them. The entire process took over 6 hours, which I wish would have been shorter, but Dennis and the staff were all friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome in the dealership. I love my new car and am so happy with the purchase. My fiance will be returning to the dealership when he needs a new car, and I would recommend them to anyone. Dennis was fabulous though, be sure to ask for him!! More

Great experience, Josh Tanner new the cars he was selling there was no pressure. Worked with me to get the price I wanted to pay for the car. I hope the service department is just as good.
