My wife and myself went to Autoway Nissan of Brandon looking for a new car. I have to say the experience was the least painful new car purchase I have ever had. We got a good price right away, and confirmed this about a week later when we visited two other local Nissan dealers. The entire staff from the receptionist to salesman and finance person made the whole process an enjoyable experience. Spoke with Linny Sames by phone to ensure the vehicle I wanted to look at was on the lot. Phone conversation was approximately one hour long and she went overboard in locating the vehicle on the lot and d wanted to look at was on the lot. Drove up a couple hours later, looked at the vehicle and one other that was on the lot and purchased the second vehicle we looked at. The following day we returned to look at two other vehicles that we found on the lot and we purchased one of those as well. The total time spent at the dealer included test driving three vehicles, writing up the sales and negotiating a trade for my replacement vehicle was about 8-9 hours over two days. I had spent approximately one month in my hometown area trying to work out deals on two similar vehicles and was unable to complete anything. In a nutshell, Linny, Athena, and everyone else we contacted at this dealer treated us like friends, listened to our concerns, needs, and desires, and then worked with us to ensure we got the service we needed and wanted. My daughter was almost in tears with the ease of the sale we experienced with this dealer. More

When I arrived at the dealership, everything went very smoothly and I ended up getting a 2011 Murano LE compared to the SL that I had planned on for similar money and a better interest rate. All in all, the customer service was fantastic and I love my new car!
