Hands down best dealership experience ever and by far the quickest. I was very impressed from the time I made contact by e-mail to the time I left with a brand new Pathfinder. We arrive approximately 515pm, quickest. I was very impressed from the time I made contact by e-mail to the time I left with a brand new Pathfinder. We arrive approximately 515pm, we walked in and the salesman that I spoke with by e-mail came to greet us in the showroom. I provide him w/ basic info about what vehicle and what we were looking for by email. He remember the conversation to the exact phrase I used. He already had what we were looking for outside ready to go. He pulled to the back for us to look at the vehicle because it was raining. We loved what we saw. He asked if we wanted to take it for a test drive. "OF Course We DO!" The vehicle road so smooth over every bump and puddle. "Sign us up!" Now to the financials. There was a small hiccup out of mine and the dealership control but Sid-the financial guy- made it happen and very quickly. We waited longer on the detailing than anything else, and truely that wasnt that long either. The team function like a well oiled machine. Our sales rep, Kevin Slane, walked my wife and I through all the functions of the vehicle and made sure we understood before we left. Kevin was great! I appreciate him, Sid and Jason-one of the managers that helped w/ the initial contact! They truely made us feel at home! I would absolutely recommend the staff that we dealt with. Thank you all for your help and respect! Now hope the service department will give us that same value and service when we have to bring the vehicle. More

I found this to be a very positive experience. the car I bought was a 2011 Nissan Murano. Even though I am very familiar with the Suv having owned one for 8 Years both salesman were very informative. I drove into the lot to "check out" cars that might be suitable for my needs. I use a wheelchair & hand-controls and required a vehicle that would accept a "chair-topper", a device that would lif might be suitable for my needs. I use a wheelchair & hand-controls and required a vehicle that would accept a "chair-topper", a device that would lift my chair & store it on top of the car. I liked the looks of a used Versa, but after investigation the car stood too high. Since I can not drive without the hand-controls, Michael drove the car and we stopped at a mobility shop to have them check out the car. When we got back to the lot, he suggested that the Altima was a better choice for my needs, and was very patient while I reviewed the pros and cons - I have never had a 4 door car before. On our test drive he suggested that we stop in at the mobility shop again, and they measured again. We had to wait for the shop to call me after checking with the manufacturer to ensure proper fit, and had to leave without signing the final papers. That evening I returned to complete a purchase that I was not looking to make that morning. Michael was understanding throughout the deal. Michael took the time to discern what I was talking about and really took an interest in resolving my problems. He never once made me feel uncomfortable or awkward while looking at cars. In my eyes he really went the extra mile. My mother, who accompanied me is 87, has stated she will look for Michael when she is ready to purchase, and my sister was impressed by our tales and the car. Also, I drove through their lot 6 months ago looking for larger 2 door cars & was also met with extreme courtesy at that time. More
