We called in advance and spoke with a saleswoman, to find out if a car online was available and they told us it was available and we explained we were coming from several hours away. Halfway through our driv out if a car online was available and they told us it was available and we explained we were coming from several hours away. When we got to the dealership after a multiple hour Drive the manager Jose was outside told us the car had already been sold and was already gone… we explained we had called to confirm several times in advance within an hour and they had our information and why did they not let us know and he was very rude disrespectful and did not care or did not try to sell us something else or accommodate us in any other way, after seeing all of the other poor reviews of the dealership I am in hindsight glad we did not conduct business and will no longer consider this dealership for any purchase. I had the most awful experience at this dealership. It was the first time that a dealership refused to sell me a car.
