I came over with my wife on my birthday 7/24, we got a babysitter for our children and drove the 2 hours from Frostproof to your dealership. Tony told me the van was ready and I could be out the door that night but would hold it until the next day. Tony assured me it would be ready to go and texted/ called multiple time to confirm us at 9:30 for the vehicle. We showed up to Tony telling us the van actually needed a new front end and wasn't ready to go home that day or even be test driven. It was a huge waste of time. Not only was the vehicle in an accident (i was told before i drove 2 hours each way it had no accident in perfect condition). Obviously I left very upset, but was promised they would make it right even if I didn't like the vehicle after it need 5 plus more days to fix. I was told I would be reimbursed for my gas if I didn't end up buying the vehicle. I didn't buy your vehicle because of their dishonesty to get me in the door at no regard for me and my family! I still haven't received a check to reimburse my gas. Customer service IS AT AN ALL TIME LOW HERE AT BRANDON NISSAN!!! MIKE VALDEZ is the sorry excuse for a manager that promised to call me back to make it right but has yet to do so. Little Tony is the dishonest salesperson that will lie and say anything to get you in the door. Go get a Toyota down the road at Stadium Toyota! They will take care of you! :) More
Beware of hidden fees at Nissan of Brandon. The vehicle I inquired about was suddenly “unavailable” when I arrived, and the pricing sheet included a $3,000 reconditioning fee. When I objected, and told them they were wasting my time, the manager told me I was “wasting my own time.” Tony from Internet Sales was polite and professional, but the dealership’s tactics feel deceptive. They advertise low prices online, then add bogus fees to inflate the cost. I left without buying and do not recommend this dealership. More
My husband and I purchased a Dodge dually from this dealership, on the Carfax for this particular vehicle they inputted that they did a brake job on the front end and change the tires, after they final dealership, on the Carfax for this particular vehicle they inputted that they did a brake job on the front end and change the tires, after they finally got the body work right on the vehicle we took the vehicle home drove approximately 500 Miles when the bolts fell out of the left front wheel break assembly, what is at the caliper bracket. Because damage to our tire damage to our rim and we just left this dealership and the general manager said sorry you bought it as is even though we serviced it here we're not going to give you anything to repair anything that was damaged because our service department allowed the brakes to fall out through their negligence, he literally stated that brakes can fail after 500 miles can you imagine this nonsense. My husband is a mechanic by trade and has never seen anything like this happen, although I talked to another Nissan dealership and the salesman called me back on his private phone to tell me that it has happened in dealerships before. So buyer beware at the dealership Do not buy a used car unless everything they touched and serviced is warrantied. Because the owner of this place is a deplorable human being. More
I’ve bought a lot of Nissans and Infinitis over the years and this dealership in my opinion SUCKS. Both Sales and service. I will not be back. They replaced locking and also checked myself. 2 on left side were snug but not tight. Service advisor Jakob, worthless. Before driving away, I checked in my glove box to make sure my spare Lugnuts were still there, nope. Missing. Jakob asked, why would we take them? Called and sure enough, they took them. Left 2 messages for service mgr. Crickets. Week later called Gen. Mgr. Nothing. So here’s your review!! Avoid. More
