He put no pressure on us the whole time, to the contrary, he encouraged us to to take the night and sleep on the thoughts and to make sure what we really wanted to do. The next day I went back with my wife with a mind made up to do what we felt comfortable after thinking about it overnight. The process was nice and simple. The very next day Carl Humphrey called me to make sure everything was well with the car and asked me to call him at anytime if anything went wrong with car.
