Mark was very friendly and worked well with me on getting the vehicle I wanted at the right price. I would have liked for the dealership to put a hitch on the truck for me as a courtesy. My experience with Autoway Nissan service department has been amazing....I came in about a month ago asking for Mannie and Tom, and too my surprise neither of them no longer worked for Nissan... My heart wa been amazing....I came in about a month ago asking for Mannie and Tom, and too my surprise neither of them no longer worked for Nissan... My heart was broken because I didn't think any other Nissan employee would treat me or go above and beyond like Mannie or Tom had treated me in the past....but I was wrong... I was quickly introduce to the new service director, Frank Mercamte who was amazing in helping me in any way he could. I got my car service, over 1500.00 in service, given a rental car and treated like a queen. Once I returned Hemzah Mubarak the asst service manager assisted me with checking out going over everything that had taken place with my car, I didn't feel rushed and left feeling like I actually knew what had taken place with my car....Later on after leavg the dealership, I notice a rumbling sound coming from my car, so I return the car back to Nissan a few days later and ask for Frank, he again was very patient with me and even ask a service guy to ride with me to find out what the sound was in my car, or where it may have been coming from...So Frank asked if I could leave my car so that he could have my car completly checked out and once again I was given a rental car so I wouldn't have to wait.. I returned days later to pick my car up, the problem was fixed and covered under my warranty so I left again... only to my surprise, I heard this crazy sound again...back to Nissan I went and Frank never got upset with me, he always listen to what i had to say and always went above and beyond to help me, so this last time they pin pointed the sound and fixed my car yet again...My car is running like a bran new Nissan... I love it and just from the exceptional service I have recieved, Nissan has my vote...I will never have anyone fix my car or never will I buy any other car, other than a Nissan... the service department at Autoway nissan in Brandon service is the best ever....Frank has come in and made a huge differece in the service department... Everyone seems to be excited about coming to work, they are much more friendly and willing to help.. from a scale of 1 to 10... I rate them as a 20... Amazing Service... I love them.....As a women I never felt like they were trying to get over on me or over charge me... I cannot believe what a wonderful experience I had at AutoWay Nissan of Brandon this past weekend. Being a young female with not perfect credit - I have always dreaded the car buying experience. I visi AutoWay Nissan of Brandon this past weekend. Being a young female with not perfect credit - I have always dreaded the car buying experience. I visited a couple other dealerships where I felt rushed, taken advantage of and in some instances - turned away but not at AutoWay of Nissan! The employees all took their time to go thru the buying process with me one on one. I felt very at home at the dealership. Every employee I encountered was friendly , patient with my questions and extremely positive. The selection of cars was the best I have seen in the Tampa Bay area. I was looking for a slightly used Nissan Altima and they had the perfect 2010 that I was looking for. It was in brand new condition. I LOVE MY NEW CAR!! The fact that the process of finding it and buying was painless makes me love it even more. I highly recommend any potential buyers out there to ask for Kevin Slane in sales when you arrive. He knows what he is doing and is a great guy ! Not to mention - he got my car to the price I could afford. Lindsey McCaw walked me through all the finishing touches of the buying process. She has a great personality and made what could have been a stressful experience - a fun one. Jody was the manager that day and he was very helpful as well. I am very grateful for the three employees that took their time with me last Saturday. I will be recommending all of my friends to this dealership in the future. More

On Wednesday February 29, 2012 I arrived at this Dealer to meet with Eric Fruhmorgen for an appointment. Since the moment I walked in I felt welcome to the Dealer, Eric was pleasant, courteous and had a ph to meet with Eric Fruhmorgen for an appointment. Since the moment I walked in I felt welcome to the Dealer, Eric was pleasant, courteous and had a phenomenal attitude. Test drove the Pathfinder I wanted, went inside, a few minutes later had an offer that I refused. Eric asked me I I wanted I told him. A few minutes later the Sales Manager Mr. Bennani came to the table with exactly what I wanted. Accepted the offer and was on my way to financing. They had problems with the computer system yet Mr. Patrick Siborg was extremely pleasant, professional and courteous. Bottom line I'm driving my 2012 Pathfinder, am extremely happy with the service this Dealer provided and this is my new home for auto buying. Will I recommend them, ABSOLUTELY! More
