In my 40 yrs of shopping at new car dealerships, Brandon Tomes Subaru is the absolute worst I have ever encountered. The sales managers were obnoxious, rude, offensive and insulting. They continuously lied throughout my hour there and when I finally couldn’t take anymore, i got up and walked out. Then one of them followed me out to my car and would not let me leave- stood in my door so I could not close it. Total stereotypical sleazy, lying, pointy toed shoe wearing, open mouth gum chewing, useless, waste of space car salesman of the worst kind. We drove straight over to their competition and ordered a car and it was a pleasant experience. Avoid this dealership at all costs- the car buying experience doesn’t have to be excruciating. More
I worked with seller Roger Venegas for 4 hours on buying an used 2015 honda fit during a very stressful marketing time, when all the prices were jacked up. He answered all my questions and got the manager, an used 2015 honda fit during a very stressful marketing time, when all the prices were jacked up. He answered all my questions and got the manager, Miko, to talk to me a couple times to respond to my questions. They both worked hard so that I could have an overall happy experience in a stressful situation (spending a lot of money). Roger kept me up-to-date on the car's servicing as well as availability. Though the auto market naturally makes its profit, I felt that Roger genuinely wanted to help me out as a person. In the end, my experience was pleasant and I would recommend going to this dealership. Don't be afraid to address any concerns you have with them; it's their duty to answer them and they will be sure to do it! More
Made an appointment to drive a specific model of car. The salesman told me the car was available. Their webstie showed four or five of this model available. When I got to the dealership there were ZER The salesman told me the car was available. Their webstie showed four or five of this model available. When I got to the dealership there were ZERO available. When asked why I was lied to, the sales manager told me it was "to get me on the lot to discuss options". I drove 30 minutes to discuss options? Do not deal with Maseeh Khan. He will say whatever he has to so he can "get an appointment" More

I wrote a review earlier about Brandon Tomes charging me for windshield insurance that I did not order and did not want. The general manager contacted me and said they did not do business this way and he w for windshield insurance that I did not order and did not want. The general manager contacted me and said they did not do business this way and he would take care of this problem and he did. He mailed me a check for the cost of the insurance I was charged. I think the general managers name was Alia, not sure of spelling. It is good to know that someone is willing to do the rite thing. Thank you. Robert Hall More
Go to any other Subaru dealership in DFW. This place is terrible. Long story short...the sales associate that initially helped me (Nick) was good but then I met the Asst Sales Manager, Eniqueo Reese, and terrible. Long story short...the sales associate that initially helped me (Nick) was good but then I met the Asst Sales Manager, Eniqueo Reese, and he was a complete jerk to me. I take these words very serious but had to express how tremendously disappointed I was with Brandon Tomes Subaru and with Eniqueo Reese, specifically. Eniqueo Reese met me and shook my hand...then after discussing the possible purchase of a new WRX and then discussing the possible purchase of an STI, we started talking about high level pricing. The MSRP was $45k on the car I liked, and he told me there was no discount available. After telling him that I never pay MSRP on any vehicle I buy, Eniqueo told me to just give my info to the sales associate and then "go ahead and buy him dinner for wasting his time." And then Eniqueo got up from his seat and just walked back to the sales room. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I then stood up and shook the sales associate's hand and told him that I was going to shake his hand (Nick's) even though the Assistant Sales Manager (Eniqueo Reese) wouldn't shake mine. What a terrible way to do business. And more importantly, what a childish way to act on Eniqueo Reese's part. Just because he wasn't intelligent enough to finish the sale, doesn't give him the right to talk down to anyone. Shame on Eniqueo and shame on Brandon Tomes Subaru for putting Eniqueo Reese in an Assistant Manager position. My money and my business will keep going elsewhere. More
High pressure sale. Wanted to see the car and tried test drive one car then sales guys did not want to give me back my drivers license instead bring more sales person to sale and continue to pressure to sal drive one car then sales guys did not want to give me back my drivers license instead bring more sales person to sale and continue to pressure to sale. It was most uncomfortable and irritated place. There was hidden fee tuck into the price when I asked what are these extra cost then they made sound like there was miscommunication maybe because I am female customer. And I found out that they sent my info to my ex husband and that made me really upset. More
Being a female, auto related experiences can be really great or really bad. Unfortunately, this was the worst for me. I had high hopes based on reviews I've seen. I had hoped they weren't going to try great or really bad. Unfortunately, this was the worst for me. I had high hopes based on reviews I've seen. I had hoped they weren't going to try to take advantage of me being female or treat me differently for that same reason. LADIES - If you want to be treated inferior or not be listened to, this is your place. If you want to feel like your parenting responsibilities are a burden to their "sell," This is your place. If you want to be lied to, cheated and scammed by Finance (who forces packages you don't want in your purchase), this is your place. If that isn't enough, they will then guilt you for being honest on a survey. Manager, Jose Ayala, will even call you to tell you he's upset you left an honest survey and accuse you of conning them. Which leads to... Beware: if they offer you anything, "to make right" or "because it was their error," they'll say it's because "they want to." It's only a ploy to get a good survey. Oh and beware of the salesman Jeff, who pretends he's Jose's manager. He's not and the real manager, Zack Alia. Again, I had high hopes that at least one manager there cared about my experience but Zack failed to follow through or even respond any further. I was supposed to love buying a brand new amazing car and they've turned it into me wishing I'd gone somewhere else. It's not Subaru's fault the dealerships do what they do. More
Curtis was great! I ended up not buying from here but the salesman was great! There’s definitely some dysfunction and bro mentality here that doesn’t fare well with all clients. The bros walking around witho salesman was great! There’s definitely some dysfunction and bro mentality here that doesn’t fare well with all clients. The bros walking around without masks was pretty appalling. If I didn’t choose to buy a Lexus, I probably wouldn’t have bought here from the culture I noticed while waiting. More
I don’t get the hype on this dealership. There are all kinds of fees added into the final price. And when they negotiate, they just reduce the fees they arbitrarily added in the first place. This dealer i kinds of fees added into the final price. And when they negotiate, they just reduce the fees they arbitrarily added in the first place. This dealer isn’t transparent or even focused on customer service. Their sales reps are pushy and don’t pay attention to your requests. After a terrible experience, I ended up purchasing a car from somewhere else that had nearly an identical used CPO car for $2,000 cheaper. And the managers only greet you to pressure you to commit to a purchase. They don’t check, or follow up. There is literally a catwalk above the lobby where they sit and watch their salespeople. After visiting the other Subaru dealers in the area, this was easily the worst and the most uncomfortable. Even when I was there, I overheard 3 people pressuring an old lady into a purchase. More
