Every time I come to this dealership I am blown away by how amazing everyone is. We have had excellent service from everyone and Nick Jones has been the best salesperson to work with every time. He not only got us a deal on one Subaru two years ago, but when we came back to look at a trade he ended up getting two deals on two trades that blew us away! You have a real gem in Mark Kramarenko, he is professional, knows his product, but is humble enough to say, "Let me find out that answer when he isn't sure of the how to answer a question", not j professional, knows his product, but is humble enough to say, "Let me find out that answer when he isn't sure of the how to answer a question", not just giving answers out of thin air. He clearly cares about the customer, he shows a sense of pride in the product , Mark gave a comprehensive overview of the vehicle so we could make an intelligent decision on what model Subaru to buy . I understand he has been at your dealership less than 9 months, but he shows a willingness to succeed at your dealership, and I feel you are very fortunate to have him. I have and will continue to recommend Mark and your dealership to my friends and acquaintances. The finance supervisor was very professional as well. He made the process smooth and quick. Other dealerships can make the whole process painful by having the customer endure pressure to by extra coverage they are not interested in.
