Awesome experience with Obi. I looked at google reviews and decided to call the sales person that had the most reviews because I am tired of walking into dealerships blind and being helped by the first per and decided to call the sales person that had the most reviews because I am tired of walking into dealerships blind and being helped by the first person available. It was Obi. I called him and scheduled an appointment to come look at a new car. He was polite and answered all of my questions. When we arrived at the dealership two days later, he met with us immediately. We did not have to wait and he had the car I was interested in ready to show us. I am brand new to Subaru and his excitement about the car really showed in how he demonstrated everything. We were able to buy the car that night and he stayed well after hours to make it happen. The next day I scheduled to come by during my lunch to have it detailed and have the seats coated with protectant. When I arrived, Obi had the loaner car ready to go, and we switched keys and I was back to work. He understood that I was on a time crunch, and he valued my time by having EVERYTHING ready for me. Obi went above and beyond to make sure that I felt valued. When I came back to pickup my car, Obi gave me a crash course in everything I needed to know. He even put colored tabs on the manuals. One color was to mark important pages, the other color was to mark customizable features. I have NEVER had someone do this, and it really shows that Obi cares about his customers. I recommend if you are looking for a Subaru to call Obi! More

My salesperson, Obi Ezeh, went out of his way to assist me in a purchase of a used Honda CRV. He was excellent. He took a video of the car, pointed out the few dings as well as all the features of the ve me in a purchase of a used Honda CRV. He was excellent. After checking out Sewell, and Ewing I ended up checking out Brandon Tomes Subaru in McKinney- I chose to do this due to price and service. Upon going to the dealership I was greeted by Obi Ezeh. I immediately felt comfortable, and not pressured or judged by him. He was extremely knowledgeable about everything about the Ascent, I found at other dealerships the salesman didn’t know or had to look it up. Obi was patient, showed us several options, great test drive and safe during covid. I appreciate someone that is down to earth that is there to help me, not to pressure sell me a car. Finance office was a breeze and equally as kind and relatable. I highly recommend this dealership if you want to be treated respectfully and like family. Go see Obi- best experience in buying a car!
