Experience with Bailey Reid (first contact) was great but went down hill fairly quickly when "managers" became involved. Slow to receive follow up answers to questions and particularly information regarding specific items included in warranty, extended warranties and service. I am quite happy with the vehicle but not so much issues related to follow up. Thanks. More
