I bought my new crosstrek, which I love, from Tom McFeely at Brattleboro Suburu last month. He was knowledgeable and helpful and the transaction was easy. Then when I had a problem (caused by my own error) a at Brattleboro Suburu last month. He was knowledgeable and helpful and the transaction was easy. Then when I had a problem (caused by my own error) a week later, he called me back on his day off to try and help. I brought my car in late in the day and the service people were helpful and kind. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of the nice man who helped me. More
